This is heavy metal-band Corroded's debutalbum. They hail from Ånge in the middle of Sweden, also hometown of the more known band Takida. This is polished metal of the newer era of american style-metal sounding very similiar to the band Sparzanza who are also from Sweden, but with a more melodic sound than them. There are some very catchy songs here that are easy to rembmber, but always with a nice heaviness. They also feel "alive" and with a youthful attitude (even if the members are not very young...) A quite good album.

In 1969 King with his quite noisy guitarsound and heavy Chicago- and Texas-blues played alongside Led Zeppelin and other rock bands at the Texas Pop Festival, in a time when blues had become popular among white people. This album features just that mentioned type of blues and consists of good songs that gets the feet (and more) moving and is full of life. Freddie died way too young in 1976, only 42 years of age.

1)Yonder wall (Elmore James) (7,5)

2)Stumble (8,0)

3)I wonder why (B.B. King) (8,0)

5)I don't know (7,5)

6)What'd I say (Ray Charles) (7,5)

7)Ain't nobody's business what we do (7,0)

8)You don't have to go (Jimmy Reed) (7,5)

9)Woke up this morning (B.B. King) (8,0)

10)The things I used to do (Eddie "Guitar Slim" Jones) (8,0)

11)My feeling for the blues (7,5)

This retro, stoner, Black Sabbath- and Graveyard-influenced, 70's psychadelic hardrockband hails from Iceland and this is their 2nd album re-released by Nuclear Blast in 2014 but originally released in 2012 by the Icelandic recordcompany Sena. This is uncompromising hard rock with excellent raspy vocals and a fantastic sense for melody and heavy riffing, just the way I like it! This album really gets my whole body going and is impossible to not airguitar or airdrum to.

BUYYY!!

2)Let me be (8,5)

7)Winterland (7,5)

This american hardrockband was lead by former Britny Fox-vocalist Dean Davidson and also included Cinderella-guitarrist Rick Cristini. The music on this album has more of a rough rock'n'roll-feel to it, in the vein of Quireboys and Company Of Wolves. There are some good songs on it and the overall quality is quite good but don't have anything that sticks out compared to the more known bands of the time and and style. Also they were drowned by the grunge-era that just was about to explode. This was the only album by Blackeyed Susan.

Dean Davidson released the album Drive My Karma in 2008.

1)Electric Rattlebone (-)

2)Satisfaction (7,0)

3)None of it matters (6,0)

4)Sympathy (7,5)

7)Don't bring me down (7,0)

8)Indica (5,0)

9)She's so fine (7,0)

10)How long (6,5)

11)Best of friends (6,0)

12)Holiday (7,0)

13)Heart of the city (7,0)
